The Journey
A former cryptocurrency investor, Saldaña had money in over 70 different tokens at one point, but in 2020 she began to look into virtual real estate.
She began her virtual real estate journey by purchasing and then selling properties on various platforms like Sandbox. But as the market continued to grow she set her sights on becoming a Metaverse Landlord, as she desires to make her money relatively passively through renting.
Increase In Value
But even those assets she is simply holding have increased in value with one property increasing its value by a whopping 15 times! She now owns more than twenty properties in many different metaverse platforms and is set to become a Metaverse Landlord.
