Back in October, news broke that Martha Stewart was planning to open a restaurant in Las Vegas, but the details were extremely slim. Far from an official announcement, the confirmation came from paperwork for a construction permit at the Paris Las Vegas hotel, leaving more questions than answers.

But today, the answers are here. Paris owners Caesars Entertainment has officially announced the project, sharing previously unknown, not-so-small details like the name and timeline.

Slated to open this spring, The Bedford by Martha Stewart is described as “a fully-immersive restaurant concept designed to bring Martha’s famed country farmhouse in Bedford, NY, to life.” The 194-seat eatery is also repeatedly described as “her first-ever restaurant” (officially relegating the previous Martha Stewart Café to “definitely-not-a-restaurant” status).

“Caesars Entertainment has been an extremely hardworking, professional, and excellent partner to work with on the planning and building of the first-ever Martha Stewart restaurant,” Stewart explained. “[It] will very accurately portray the important aesthetic and taste of the Martha Stewart Brand. Our menu will be delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family. The architecture and decoration of the spaces cleverly exemplify the beauty and atmosphere you might find at my beautiful farm in Bedford, New York. Dining at The Bedford will be immersive, fun, unexpected, and utterly delectable.”

Led by Martha “and her team of culinary experts,” Caesars says the kitchen will serve “delicious, seasonal dinner, weekend brunch, and holiday menus that feature exceptional quality and creativity.” The resulting still-to-be-determined signature menu items will be sourced from local purveyors and selections from Martha’s personal favorites, including the likes of Las Vegas Farmers Market, D’Artagnan, Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery.

“Martha Stewart is one of the most celebrated voices in hospitality, and we are truly honored that she’s chosen Paris Las Vegas as the home for her very first restaurant,” Jason Gregorec, senior vice president and general manager of Paris Las Vegas, explained. “Martha and her whole team have been incredible partners. When we open the doors, The Bedford by Martha Stewart will be a dining experience you simply can’t get elsewhere.”

Except, of course, if Martha invites you to her house in Bedford. But in lieu of that, you can start planning a spring trip to Sin City.
